As the series continues, the five women of New Bethel in Heal Thy Woman grapple with the complexities of their own lives. Lisa stands out in Episode 2, as she flirts with lust and danger in Episode 1: Blood on the Ground and it begins to spill over into the lives of the ones she love. A hard head makes a soft behind as she eventually finds herself in a grave situation; a situation that brings many of her loved ones to their knees asking God for grace and mercy for their own sins and hers too. It's not too long before the family discovers that grace can be found in the least likeliest of places.
